Traffic count information is often relevant to an audience that is much broader than those relative few people who gather raw counts.  Works Consulting has developed an Arizona statewide mechanism for logging traffic counts and adjusting them for seasonal and axle factors.  This mechanism is designed to supply it's information to multitudes of users as well as other expert systems.

Capabilities

By providing desktop (through ArcView 3.x or ArcGIS) as well as web-based applications for entering traffic count information, Works Consulting covers all bases and provides solutions for agencies that are GIS-endowed as well as those that don't readily employ GIS software or personnel.
